According to me you should go with Hector CVT. It doesn't have as much turbo lag as dct variant. Even I drive a CVT and I am very much satisfied from it. Rest up to you and you can decide by Test Drive. But I would Prefer Hector CVT Best Wishes for you. 🎉🎉

Jokes apart, truly hector is a worth car its build quality is also satisfying. Once hard knock on the dashboard of the Hector will speak for itself. The quality of plastics is top-notch and well fitted. There’s no loose-fitting clatter while going over the most damaged roads too. Feels like you are seated inside a premium cabin. and Safty features of MG is also admiring.

Build quality of hector is amazing, itna hi doubt hai toh apna sar phod ke dekh do.

@BT SIMULATION yes. In today"s time we need specs with safety. What is the point of buying a mini truck (harrier & safari) which doesnt offer specs and if they provide specs then price shoots up.

@BT SIMULATION no doubt harrier has a lot of road presence but as u said it lacks features. Also it doesnt provide petrol engine which adds to its misery.

@Karan Aditya Singh I agree but buying a car worth 20 lakhs is not easy as 20 k Chinese smart phone and it's difference is huge ..

Few parts of our mobile phones, laptops, TV, fridge, automobile parts, everything comes from China. How many things do you see in daily life that have zero connection with China? Would you throw them away because they are made in China?

@Jagjit Kaur want to go for an automatic only..seen people converting their bookings from DCT to CVT..but I think will go with DCT only..

@Vipul Thakkar Cvt is best if you want pickup u can drive in sport mode . Rather you can choose diesel manual which is best for enthusiast driving .

@Jagjit Kaur that's the dilemma..I want a swift pick up without jerks which lacks in DCT and being an enthusiast, want that boost at higher speeds which CVT can't deliver .. at the same time, DCT is tried and tested in Hector since last one and a half year..no major complaints except the mileage and the initial lag..CVT on the other hand..we don't know how it will perform with Hector ..we all know what happened with the Nissan cars !!

Haven't heard of such a thing yet.
